Water dripping

I had the car on my lift last night checking some things over after a test drive and i noticed there was water dripping from the driver side, just behind the firewall, about mid way down the transmission. There is a hole in the sheet metal, fabric protection. I shinned a light up in there and I can see what looks like a radiator fins.

Anyone know what the hell this is and why it drips?

Thought it might be that, but this is the first time its really dripped like this. Also never had the A/C on either so I thought it might be something else
