Small cruise in at Sonic. I’m taking my daughters and my dad. First one of the year for me. Tomorrow evening is another one. We have a big car show next weekend at Diode Dynamics. That should be a good show.View attachment 1835548
She's looking great! I've always loved the parchment tan tops with the Redfire paint. There's a reason why Ford did that combo! (y)

Raced a cyber truck.

Was moving the cobra to put another car in the garage and my GF son asked for a ride.

Just put brand new 325/35 ET Street Rs on so wanted to break them in.

Still hazing them in 3rd . I’m sure part of it is it’s been a wind storm for weeks here and roads are covered in sand.

Anyways, I think this dude chased me from an intersection where I ripped on it pretty good. We rolled through the next one and I already knew 1st and 2nd are about ****ing useless. He pulled about a fagmobile ahead through the top of 2nd and I passed him shifting into 4th around 110.

Well, I made it out to the cruise in Friday night. It wasn't too bad. Had a few hot-rods show up and the weather held up for the most part. My buddy owns this restaurant and is just trying to get this cruise-in going. I think this is only his second one.

I had a good time. Good food and good company.

Got the Cobra looking clean (woo hoo, look at that dinner plate @01yellercobra LOL).

This is my dad's 2003 Thunderbird. He used to have a 2002 and regretted selling it. So, he got this one a couple weeks ago.

This is my buddies. The one who owns the restaurant. He said it's a Buick. He also has a couple of Fox Body Mustangs.

Some other cars from the cruise in. A lot of guys brought newer stuff out. I wasn't interested in those LOL.

That 65 impala is a good looking car, but not a fan of the hub caps.

Did a very quick detail today. washed car. clay bar. And was feeling a bit tired afterwards so I decided to do a spray wax followed by a quick detailer. Came out pretty damn good. Nice and quick. Much easier this way. And get great results.

Thanks guys. I think the exterior is done beside a paint correction and ceramic coat.

I still have a BMR K member and long tubes with pro chamber to install but I’m putting it off still lol don’t feel like dealing with it

It felt good taking them for a little drive around the neighborhood.
I love your Mystichrome Cobra! SO clean.

Well, judging by your photos you did one hell of a nice detailing job on your Cobra. She's looking awesome. I really like the last photo.

Yours looks awesome, too. The tinted windows contrast nicely with the Satin Silver paint. Love the wheels, too!

Thanks bob. I used to be outside for hours upon hours. I loved it. It was calming for me. But now I dont go crazy anymore with the orbital, this and that. My car is garage kept. IMO if the paint is in great shape, a simple spray wax, a quick detailer will get the job done. wipe on and off. so much easier and quicker than your traditional waxes. Although, collinite 845 and some other waxes I use go on and off easy, I just prefer a spray wax now. chemical guys makes a lot of good spray waxes now. But optimum spray wax is my go to. I asked a few detailing guys and that is what was recommened to me years ago.

I’ve had kooks and x pipe in my basement for close to three years now. Still have no desire to install them.
