What do I need to eliminate wheel hop on the streets?

The factory lower control arm bushings and steel arm flexes and thats why your getting wheel hop. Just do the lowers that will fix your problem. The upper isn't your problem and isn't needed unless your a true 1/4 mile guy and need to adjust pinion angle. Picking the right arm is tricky. I like the FordMotorsport lowers and the Roush. I have had a couple differant sets on my car and removed them due to noise. All the rest on the market use the same bushings which can cause alot more NVH.
Have fun!

Are those rear brackets bolt on or weld on?

The BMR relocation brackets make the biggest differance. There super strong and well made. If installed properly they can't be ripped out like the old school type.
