A post from that sight-
"This baby has a rare genetic skin deciece. The skin doesn't grow at the same rate as the body. That's why it has slowly been cracked open on the baby's head. The skin is stretched so tight on her face that the lips and eyelids have been turned more... inside out. Ergo, that's not her eyes. The spungy white spots all over her body are multiple, severe skin infections, bactererial and fungal. It's not a snake baby, it's not an alien baby, it's a sad twist of genetics. The baby didn't have long to live which is probably for the best."
The condition is not fake. Its very rare but quite real. The skin become hard and dried out and cracks during growth in the womb. Harlequin Ixthyosis. I think that kid was 2.5 and one other supposedly live til 9. Generally they die within weeks from infection.
