Honestly.....everything. I had a steeda. I missed shifts all the time when pushing it hard, and the thing was loud as hell. MGW is like a hot knife in butter....seriously slides into gear. It's also very adjustable and has a variety of handles. Just a superior shifter. No one is close. Save the money on buying a shifter you will throw away in a couple months because you're missing shifts and just buy the MGW.
