What kind of business do you own? Would you do it all over again?

i'm 19 and own and operate a windshield repair company, i have been doing this for just about 4 years and love it. I have found that i have to be extremely diligent in this business because 90% of the time people aren't gonna come to you because most don't understand how it is truly free as long as you have full coverage auto insurance and when you start talking insurance it is easy to scare people off. i have had a couple friends work with me in the past and it just never worked out because you aren't guaranteed any customers and even though just 1 repair is the equivalent of what they would make at minimun wage all day, they would rather be guaranteed that money but that isn't how i am. This is a great business that doesn't take much to get started and i will be teaching my 15yr old brother how to do it aswell so he can do this instead ofa typical minimum wage job that his other high school friends will have.
