What pad/compound for headlights?

I'm in the process of restoring my headlight lenses. I wetsanded them and got rid of all the cloudiness and scratches/chips.
I'm not sure what pads and compounds I should use on them though.
I'm using a Porter Cable XP and I'm brand new to polishing so I don't want to pick something too aggressive and screw them up.
If someone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
