I had that debate with a friend and he said 129 mph, but I think it should be more like a 132_133mph 1/4 trap on a full weight '13 shelby. What you fellas think?

Saw one locally go 131mph with a claimed 720hp (and video). All the other passes were
N/T. This was recently, so it wasn't the greatest weather.

I go 138 on 410s and 28s. 705 on the DynoJet, but it may be a little stronger than that. She doesn't dyno well. 3950 race weight.

Motortrend got 126mph, C&D 125mph and MM&FF went 126mph all with stock cars. what is 100-120rwhp more rwhp worth? I would guess 135mph if you get the power down. It was also noted that a 3.73 gear swap picked up 4 tenths and I would guess1.5-2mph so you would be right at 137mph in perfect conditions.

[(FWHP/weight)^.333] x 234= estimated trap speed.

[(784Fwhp/4100#)^.333] x 234 = ~134.88mph

ET potential of ~10.10 if driven and set-up properly.

[(4100/784)^.333] x 5.825= ET potential.

But we don't race by math do we? Get it to the track and back the numbers up ;-)

134 at close to factory weight, I went through the traps at 135 @ 3600# not including driver. I had the weight loss and the standard lower 10%, CAI, TB, and Tune.

His fwhp would be 796 not 784 right? 12% loss from 796 would 700rwhp. I figured 135.57mph.
