Lots of mushrooms, yummy. Yeah, my once a year check up. I think they're going to take me off the BP meds, they don't mess with me like they do others. I was only on them because of my 3 week hospital stay back in 10/2022.

Ahh ok I mean it's really not horrible for you I can only finish half of this before I tap out. They don't make it to salty here I know one place I tried out and it was like eating pretzels I had to return it lmao.

I had to watch my weight when I quit smoking after that hospital stay. I had started packing it on even though I didn't change my diet.

Did a rack of extra meaty BB ribs on the pellet grill yesterday. Did only one thing different, used Dijon mustard vs the standard yellow. They were really good, but I prefer the yellow.
