What's For Dinner Thread

Built a turkey, pepperoni, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato sandwich on sourdough bread. Had some Utz potato chips and a few gherkins with it.

Double burger with mustard and ketchup.
Nice sized salad afterwards.

Left over Brisket from almost a year ago with a salad. That stuff freezes and reheats great. Need to do another one.

You vacuum seal and then freeze the sliced leftovers?

I imagine reheating with a little wagyu tallow would be nice

It's the poor man's frozen pizza! Just like Little Caesars is to take out.
In all honesty though Red Baron isn't that bad. I throw some extra cheese and toppings on and it's all good.

Just frozen in a zip lock, no vacuum seal. They even had some frost on them. Just zapped it in the microwave. Believe me, extremely surprised.
