The boss made the cabbage, sausage and some left over corned beef in the pan. Seasonings and broth. I always blast it with hot sauce like I do with everything. So easy, so good. Tomorrow is leftover wings and ribs. Maybe a salad.

After hearing people rave about Cincinnati chili I finally tried it.
It was disgusting. Too many added spices like cinnamon and all spice and cloves.

Have you tried Bush's Campfire Chili?
It's pretty much just the sauce and beans, but it's really good. I use good hamburger meat, 2 cans of stewed tomatoes with garlic, onions and green peepers in them.

So good. Especially over a bed of white rice.
Excellent Fall/Winter comfort food.
