Some kinda berry summer salad thing from the meal prep place. Grilled chicken, some blueberries, strawberries and a little goat cheese

Sure we all have our own variation of this meal.

Took some chicken and diced it up into bite sized pieces and soaked them in some BWW Parmesan Garlic for 4 hours. Then cooked them in my air fryer for 15 minutes.

14 ounces of fettuccine cooked till al dente.

Mixed all this in a skillet and simmered for 5 minutes while stirring.
1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Stick of Butter
6 cloves fresh minced garlic
2 cups Parmigiano Reggiano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1tsp galic powder
2 tsp finally chopped thyme
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Mixed in pasta, stirred in good and let that sit covered on warm for 10 minutes. Added pasta to plate, chicken and some garlic bread :)

For the most horrifying red neck thing you will see today. I present to you....egg and cheese.....lumpia?! Had some wrappers left over and was like...what if.....HAHAHAHA. I then mixed some hot sauce, ketchup, spicey mayo and siracha together to dip them in. I'll take all the hate, especially from any Filipino's! It was actually pretty good. I can imagine adding some sausage or bacon. :)

Dunk ribs in boiling water for 30 seconds, the membrane pulls right off. Then proceed with your usual ritual.

Grip it with a paper towel and pull it off. Start in the center with a fork or small knife and make your way towards the ends. . It'll take you no more than 1 minute.
Thanks guys. I did end up grabbing a paper towel.

^ butter knife between the skin and bone to lift, then papertowel to remove.

no way in hell does it come off with bare hands or gloves.

Did this Swiss Steak recipe a couple times and it is really good. It is similar to Pepper Steak. I used this recipe pretty much. Swapped out the diced tomato's for stewed tomato's. Tenderize the meat really well with the spiked side of the mallet, let it simmer for a couple hours and the meat just pulled apart. Definitely keep this in my recipe bank.

Easy Swiss Steak

Yeah, the getting it started was the trick with the papertowel.
