well since HPP did the motor i wouldnt pay more than 10k because its likely whoever buys the car will have to rebuild the motor again because they messed something up

$15-17k. It depends on several things.....Namely, how long can you wait. If you're not in a hurry, then I think 16-17 is possible. If you need to sell it quick, then 14-15k.

I've been watching the values of Mach 1s since I had to get rid of my AB. Yes, mods don't add to value typically. But when we're talkign FI and built bored motor, yes, you can add a few grand ontop of it.

There is a local guy with a built N/A 03 Mach that has been trying to sell for over a year now. Has under 40k miles and is finally down to asking 14k and it still hasnt sold.

THat's the difference. Most stock/light bolt on machs are going for 12-14 (14 on a good day) in the private market. Tell your friend to contact his local Carmax and get a quote.
