What's your "Perks of the job"?

We've all heard the line "perks of the job", but what are your personal perks of your job? I'm not talking health insurance or things like that, but what are some perks in your job/industry that the average consumer would not get? Freebies, company cars, first in line for new products or information etc.

I'll start, I'm in the automotive industry at the dealership level. Not too many perks for me but I do get to see new vehicles before they are for sale, our reps bring the new models by for us to check out and learn features about a month or 2 before they actually show up for sale. I also get parts at cost plus 10%, discounted labor, discounted cars etc. My job is 100% commission so although I'm scheduled 5 days a week I can work as many hours/days as I want with no cap on how much I can make. I consider that a perk, if there is a week I need to make more I just work more, no questions asked. Occasionally I get to take new or almost new cars home but that is rare. We get a lot of random freebies, shoes yearly, I've gotten a leaf blower, pressure washer, Tiffany co jewelry and gift card (for the wife), auto show tickets, restaurant gift cards, more yeti products than I know what to do with, cash, etc.

Once in a while, I get to drive some seriously large equipment, and/or put some big ass holes in the ground with said equipment.

Aside from that, the corporate discounts and group rates we get can be pretty nice.

I run a collision repair shop, perks are if I need work done it’s easily accomplished at a lesser cost for me.

Down side is everyone I know seems to think I should extend the same to them.
I remember those people when I ran my dad's shop. I don't miss it.

I get to listen to a lot of music, play guitar and bass, and hang out with a few musicians and known artists. Concerts are part of my job, so tickets are rarely needed. Watching a show from back stage is rarely fun though. I find myself at award shows, artist showcases, and always meet new people.

On days that I only have to mix tracks, my commute to work is 0 miles. Oddly I still find myself in Nashville, Athens, and Atlanta to produce and engineer songs.

When things are going good, life is great. Music production is a lot of fun if you can get into the industry and find your niche.

There is a downside. Everyone thinks music producers are rich. They are wrong. In fact, most of the artists you hear on the radio earn an average salary. There is a lot of overhead. Only a small percentage of musicians become superstars. Fame does not equal money.

Ah yes I left out free food lol. Every saturday for us and once or twice a month on friday. Food truck comes out once a month and they cover that too. Christmas party every year that is a huge deal, last christmas party had food catered from 6 different places so you had a huge variety but my favorite part was a guy hand rolling cigars and giving them out. All company paid!

Solid victory for @Coiled 03 in the job perk contest.

Everyone at some point runs into a big A-hole that they would like to put in the ground but few ever get to realize that dream. :)
