Keep your current wheels/tires, put them in the garage, put them on when you need to pass inspection, use real rubber the rest of the time. problem solved.

Just slide some money towards the MOT and he will let you slide. Seriously though, you're gonna have to feather the shit out of the peddle before you can go WOT. Id say 50+ mph

Why would you get a supercharger if the stock tires don't even handle stock HP and you can't change them? Seems like an unsolvable problem...
