Ah, that vid. No idea where they got those. You could always make your own with some tinted vinyl though, which is kind of what those look like.
i recomend the peel and stick clingy type tint because the hard plastic covers dont look that good. They are the GTS brand covers though it seems.
I'd get tailight tint or have a body shop spray them before putting GTS plastic covers on. I wouldn't put those on my Big Wheel!
why not remove the tail light, clean it with alcohol (not the drinking kind 
) and tape off the clear parts and use VHT to darken them, thats what im going to do in a month
