Did you recently do anything with the clutch cable? Thought mine was toast too until I found out there was a switch or something on the clutch pedal that has to be adjusted/fixed/activated or something like that.

Mine is more like a loss of power

lost 12v power and it doesnt work?

it works and car loses power and spits and spudders?

if lost 12v power as stated deactivation switch needs to be reset, its easy

on left side of brake pedal..you will see a switch with a rod attached to brake pedal..

unhook rod from brake arm..push rod into switch..you will hear or feel a click..

reattach to pedal with pushing in on brake pedal to reach rod..

retry cruise

Im not sure when it quit but I noticed it after I did s SRA swap. the ABS brake light is lit up. would that be part of the issue?

So it's on the brake not the clutch? I did my ported eaton swap and cruise didn't work afterwards. Found out it was something on one of the pedals. Thought it was the clutch. Cool, because I still have to fix mine as well.
