which shifter do you prefer?

:??: Which shifter would you buy for a 03 cobra? I was thinking pro5.0! But alot of people have the Steeda tri-ax, What bout the UPR shifter? I could use some good opinions.:??:

I prefer the Steeda TriAx but the Pro 5.0 would have to at least be tied IMO. The Hurst and Kirban are great shifters, too. I don't know anything about the UPR but I would expect it is another good one. Whatever you choose, go with an MGW shifter handle for a wider range of adjustability.....and a set of my shifter gaskets to kick it up a notch. LOL!

I prefer my pro 50 with the MGW handle on my '04 compared to the tri ax that I had on my '01, for what it's worth.

I have the Tri-Ax on my 04 Cobra. Definitely better than the stock shifter. I have the shifter set at the top position. My only complaint is that it is rachety shifting into second when I first take her out for the day. Once she's warmed up everything is smooth.
