which spark plugs are better?

If this is a stock or light bolt-on Mach, I'd stick with Motorcraft plugs.

If you are not increasing your air inlet temps then stay with the stock temp plug (NGK TR55). If you are not feeding much more air (forced induction) then do not gp them less than .050in.

This. Also Autolite builds Motorcraft's plugs. I ran iridiums in my Mach. TR5IX is the ngk number. Autolite is XP104 just checked.

How come we use colder plugs when we decrease air temps using nitrous? Why do we gap them tighter using nitrous? It's not forced induction.
