Nice runs. I actually expected the L to do a little better than it did and make a bit more power than it does. Especially with the trick flow heads. Probably running lower boost:shrug: Anyway--nice runs.

This.

That Camaro is a steaming pile. Theres probably 1 maybe 2 bought new parts on it. The rest is all second hand garbage including a cam that had a hole ground in it from a bad lifter...etc. Second hand parts thrown together in a gutted, ugly, not cared for pile + a 1 hour fly by night dyno tune = Fail.

Nice vids! It would've taken more juice even if the camaro had been "healthy" I've smoked c5 z06s from a dig and highway pulls in my truck. One had p+p heads, cam, headers and a tune, making 44x rwhp. Another had AFR heads making 43x rwhp. I know this isn't a Vette but just using it as camparison. I had a vid on YouTube of the that race with the vette on the highway when I had bald tires. They were from a 60 mph roll and you could hear my tires spinning! Even then he only edged out 1 car. No doubt in my mind I would beat him with any decent tire.

Edit: I have a JDM built long block under a whipple 2.3
