Who has the best price on Weld RTS Wheels?

Just seeing who has the best price on a set of 15 inch rear Weld Drag wheels. Where did you buy yours? Also do you guys have the specs for sizing?!?!?! What offset and back spacing? :-D I had the Race Stars and hated them!

Been working a ton of overtime lately trying to buy my stuff required for my upcoming twin turbo build.. Haven't even gotten a chance to try these out yet :/ kinda pointless in 103f Texas weather.. Maybe in oct it'll get down under 90..
