You could run a 285 or 295 with a slight stretch.

I believe he runs 275's but they are federal brand tires and are wide for a 275

I have 9.5" wide wheels on the front of mine with 275 tires, but would not want to go any wider than that...

Looking at a set of 18 03-04 Aftermarket wheels. But they are 18x10 on all four corners.

Who has seen that on a Cobra before?

I know this post is a little late but it is now 2017 and I have a 2003 Mustang GT/Cobra Project going and my plan is to use a square setup in terms of wheels. I am looking at set of XXR-521 18x10 Wheels with a +25 offset, Polish Lips and Black Centers.
