Why can't I post pics or attachments?

Anyone know why? I dont even get the email notifications. I changed it in my user CP but still nothing?:bash:

There is more than one forum on this site. Please post in the correct forum.

The attachment feature has been turned off for a while. You need to host your pics somewhere and then link to them. Try something like this http://www.imageshack.us/index.php

When replying to a thread do not use the quick reply box at the bottom because that doesn't subscribe you to any thread. Use the post reply button instead. If you still aren't receiving e-mail's that is another problem that is being fixed.
