Just looked at cobrabobs belt sizing chart and was wondering if the stock I believe 75" belt work with my setup, or is it recommended to run the 74.5, I just don't want it too tight, it's hard on bearings, but just need an opinion.

The stock belt will work. I ran it for about 5K miles. No slipping during the tuning process. I have since switched to a 74.5" which is very tight and a pain to get on..LOL. A new belt is relatively cheap so I would recommend getting a smaller one anyways.

It also will depend on which idler bracket you're using. It will probably not slip since some have used the stock belt with no slippage. The tensioner will compensate for size differentials. It is, though, at the extreme end of the scale as far as recommended size. Certainly worth a try.
