Will this work to disable PATS??

From what i've read this will work to disable PATS. Anyone have any experience or input?http://www.electotronics.com/index.a...D&ProdID=85461

I know you can just turn PATS off in the tune, but I don't think the car will accept the load from the tune since the theft light is blinking now and won't let me start the car.

if you turn off the PATS in the tune the theft light will be on 24/7 but the car will run normal.

That does void your insurance policy though...

Well first I am going to try and follow the diagram for PATS and see if anything like a fuse, loose wiring, etc. is the problem first. Pisses me off too because the very same day this starts to happen is right when I get to drive my car for the first month after having problems with the trans/clutch. Its always something...

fixed it, turned out to be a 30amp fuse under the hood which I guess has something to do with PATS.
