i cant even tell you how many times i have had to call linksys for issues with my router. one time the weather knocked out the power and somehow the router was messed up in the process. after being on the phone with them for at least 4-5 hours and going through multiple levels of tech support they decided to send me a new router (free of charge which was nice of them). and of course when the new one came the install "wizard" that came with the router was all but useless and yet again had to make a call to the ol' tech support for a few hours. i can only imagine that upgrading/chaning servers on a high traffic site such as this one is no easy task.
