So i went to install my MM stainless front kit on my car, how the hell do you get off the stock brake lines?

Im assuming its just a wrench on the car side of the line? How hard is it to get off?

I tried using a conventional wrench and i half stripped the god damn thing... anyone got any advice?

Flange wrenchs are the ONLY way to work on brake fittings. Fittings are kinda soft.
I made my own with a closed end wrench and an angle grinder. Had plenty of wrenches, and didn't want to buy a whole set of flange wrenches.
Just cut a notch in the end big enough to slip over the hose and work your way down to the fitting.

It should be just a 10mm (?) banjo bolt. A 1/4 drive socket wrench and 10mm six point socket should do it.

There will be two copper washers on each also.

If your talking about the top of the brake line, I don't remember.

Isn't there just a hex head fitting?
