Who's arguing? I can detect BS a mile away, so yes, if I feel like he's telling the truth, I would let him drive it. I'd just be in the car with him. But it has nothing to do with the fact he drove up in a '90 Corolla. I don't care if he drove up in a LaFerrari. I'm not letting some stranger drive off in my car. Now, if he handed me cash or a certified check for the full asking price, have at it. He's not getting the money back, if he damages it. The old adage, "you break it, you bought it" comes into play.

I, too, like the new ZL1. I just saw an older, 2012 white ZL1 yesterday at lunch, parked next to my Edge. It was plain ugly.U don't have a hair across ur ass to buy that!
But the new one, a lot nicer looking, although I still hate the pill box look (it's better at least than the 5th gen) and the horrible rear visibility.

On a more serious note, I've bought 3 (soon to be 4) cars before I saw them. 3 from Nick, he would tell me if there was something I needed to be concerned about.
I feel bad for a bunch of the guys on this forum that only have dealt with the stereotypical dealer... I don't even take it personal anymore when they say they hate dealers, etc. lol
