Don't Z's trap 114-117 and Cobras 110-112? I was under the impression that stock a Z will win everytime and will be pulling pretty good after that. I always thought that under equal conditions a Z is ~.5 sec faster (12.3-12.4 vs. 12.8-12.9). Am I wrong?
Your pretty close. 12.8-12.9 is about average, but alot of guys dip lower than that stock. Lots of 12.6-12.7 @112-113 mph. The z should be a little quicker stock for stock.
I've never ever seen a stock Z06 hit 11's, but I have seen a couple 12.3-12.4 runs. With just minimal mods,(exhaust/intake) the Cobra will run with a Z06 in the 1/4. Very close, awesome cars. :rockon:
