If this don't work, contact the pd, if that don't work, you contact his mom and dad, IF that don't work, his facial features might get enhanced significantly.
His name is indeed Charles Ruffin. His NJ DL is R9127XXXXX07872. His DOB is 7-XX-87, SS is 140-XX-XX68. He has an active warrant out of Mountainside... $550.00 warrant for "Maintenance of Lamps", "No Insurance", and "Failure to make Inspection Repairs".
At least that's what a little birdy told me...
Just let someone in Montclair know he has warrants... they can go and lock him up right away... then talk to him about the scams and figure it out from there.
With this info and you being on the job, this should be a no brainer for MPD. What did they say? Did you speak to a Detective?
I would love to see his face when the PD shows up to talk to him, sitting there are smug thinking he got got someone haha
