well, a pullied Eaton will probably pull as hard down low (or harder) than a twin screw at low boost.. it's not till you get over about 4000 rpm, and run into the inefficency of the "heaton" that the better design of the twin screw takes over.

The only place where a ported pullied eaton is going to out torque a twin screw like a whipple 2.3 or KB 2.2 is at 13-14 psi. most whipples @ 13 psi make 490-500 tq; thats already past 95% of unported upper only cars..
