Still kinda new here and would like a tutorial with some of the abbreviations used around the forum.
I've dealt mostly with 60's muscle so I throw around things like M22, 427BB, 12 bolt posi, pop-ups, you get the idea.
I could not find a thread like this under search so, here we go.
What prompeted this is that a member was kind enough to offer some advice for me and I am ashamed to say, not really sure what the abbreviation meant.
I know some, help me with the rest and PLEASE add on to the list!
And BTW, I did figure out one of the abbreviations over on the pic/video buffett. PIITB, which BTW, my wife still will have no part of!
(OK This is Jimmy, I have edited this thread and will continue to add as we go. I decided instead of stick the thread itself, I put a LINK to this thread in a pre-existing sticky)

What about a color list for some of the colors?

Probably pretty self explanitory, but:

DSG- Dark Shadow Grey
MG- Mineral Grey
OW- Oxford White
ZY- Zinc Yellow
SY- Screaming Yellow
SS- Satin Silver
SM- Silver Metallic
CO- Competition Orange
SB- Sonic Blue
RF- Redfire
TR- Torch Red
MC- Mystichrome (code G6) "Mystic" is a common but grossly incorrect abbreviation for Mystichrome since it is it's own color from 1996 and people need to start getting Mystichrome right.
DHG- Dark Highland Green
TB- True Blue
What does PIIHB and PIITB stand for???
PIIHB- put it in her butt
PIITB- put it in the butt

I think COP stands for Coil On Plug.

Don't feel bad, I just realized the other day that FLSC stands full length subframe connectors.
