she is being held in a county jail right now for trial. jails are a lot more restricted than prisons.
This whole trail thing is dragging on way too long.
do you know how annoying it is seeing this every single day on our local news stations? Infact they label the days. Today they label it "Day 22"
I've been trying to follow the case as much as possible. We are watching a prime example of a Psychopath.
I'm sure a lot of the liberals are thinking there no way this young attractive female could kill her own child. This is what Defense Liars dream about! Liberalists on their jury panels who can't put all the pieces of a puzzle together.
I did see where she turned on the waterworks when the Defense Liars do their work. Funny she didn't turn it on when the Prosecution was doing their part.
The Defense Liars are doing a good coaching job on her when to cry and look so innocent.

She won't get death. As much as everyone knows damn well she's guilty, I don't think they've actually proven it enough to give her death.

No, I don't think she will get the death penalty either. Simply because of the bleeding hearts.
Havent proven it enough? Either the person is found guilty or not. If they are guilty then the next phase of the trial occurs. In Florida death penalty cases are bifurcated. Therefore, if she is found guilty of 1st degree murder then they will try the death penalty portion in which the prosecution must prove H.A.C., heinous, atrocious, and cruel. Because Caylee was under 6 they will get H.A.C. via the case law. However, I think she will be convicted of 2nd degree murder or even voluntary manslaughter and thus no death penalty.

This is exactly what I'm saying, although we all know she should die. Sure the prosecution has run circles around the defense every step of the way, but I'm under the assumption they need to prove step by step exactly how and what casey specifically did in order for it to be a positive 1st degree conviction. There seems to still be way too many questions about what exactly happened. She'll get 2nd degree and life.

I don't think "everyone" KNOWS she's guilty lol that is absurd. Its an assumption based on what everyone else is assuming.
People are funny. IDK if she's guilty or not, but until she is found guilty or innocent, I don't quite understand how anyone can assume she's guilty and want her dead. That's pretty heavy, eh? I guess its easy to wish death on someone when its not your ass on the line.
I'd say give her exactly what she done to the innocent little girl, how in the heck could someone do that to a child, that is crazy the media gives all the attention to this dirtbag..eye for a eye for sure..
