Not a scam. After sleeping on it and rereding everything i said. I can honestly see why ppl think its a scam. Someone showes up with a cobra for 9500 no title(huge red flag)
Long story- Short
Yesterday i was at the shop excited to put on my new exhaust. When we put it on the lift we noticed that the frame was damaged. Being to fustrated and feeling betrayaled i told my gf to look for the title. SHe said she couldnt find it (found it later that night). So i got on here and figure the first person to show up for 9k will get it. Wrong!!!!! I understand why yall were question me so much and tought it was scam but im just the type of person that when i was something done i want it and any cost. We had already lost money by trusting the previous owner. So i didnt care about that i just wanted this car out of my way and wanted to move on. And to clear things up the person claming on here that he send me money is liying. I dont know who he is. I know i said the car is sold and i though it was but the person who assured me they were coming to meet up never did. He text me this morning and said he could make it today. He understood the situation and didnt care because he wanted it for parts. Hopefully he'll show up.Ill keep yall updated.Thank you and God bless yall....oh one more thing. i wont reply to negative comments anymore so pls dont waste my time and yours. Thank you.

I would buy it to part it out, get a cheap 2.3 fox and put the engine/drivetrain/interior.

its still available. It doesnt have a gt engine for the person who asked. Why it doesnt have the heat exchanger????? Your guess is as good as mine

Wow what a dishonest seller. This guy has been lying through his monitor from the get go. His story has changed so much. Here is what I believe went down. Owner is a dumbass who wanted a nice car. Saw this car was fairly cheap and knew it had a rebuilt title and didn't care. Did not take the time to check the history or put the car on a lift and check the frame. Payed about 8k toomuch for the car. Now realizes he bought a pos and is mad and is trying to get rid of the car.

Thats him. Wouldnt buy a thing from that guy.
I hope ppl see difference as to how i compare it and im honest about it.Not like him overpricing it. He told us he never wrecked it.Theres your REAL scammer

I'm still throwing the :bs: flag here. How did you miss that it had a damaged/rebuilt title?? His for sale ad is pretty clear on that, and even if you never saw his ad, many states have very specific title info on rebuilt/salvaged cars.

Can't speak for Texas, so someone down there will have to confirm this for that state.

Plus, the burden is on the buyer to check the car out as best as possible.

Needs to be cheaper, I bought a repo'd cobra with clean title for 7500.

Hm so my little 5 grand offer that some said was low really wasn't. Damn I'm good with pricing cars. Op my offer still stands. 5grand

And BTW. It's not the sellers responsibility to disclose anything in a private deal. It is the buyers!! Do Ur Damn homework. Carfax. It took me 30 seconds to get the cars history. If you don't know what Ur buying and u still buy it taking the sellers word, its Ur own dumb Ass fault.

Happened to me once when I bought a jetski. Guy swore up and down it just needed a starter.. I was a rookie then and didnt know that I should of atleast checked to see if The coupler would spin freely to make sure the motor wasn't locked. I took the sellers word it was just a starter and guess what the motor was locked up tight.

Know what Ur buying. It's Ur own fault for buying the car not the sellers.
