I just go my car back from a retune due to a new wiring harness, I will be installing my 2.9 with the 3.25" pulley after I replace a burned out o2 sensor :(

1 Alibi...at 22lbs of boost I assume you run on race gas only? If not I would think the stock bottom end is living on borrowed time.

Tuner calls it a " safe " tune & has no concerns about the motor.
93 octane tune, 18 degrees of timing.

I see you are running cats. When is the last time you have checked them? At 22lbs. of boost I would be shocked that you are not collapsing them. Another member on here was at 22lbs. with a Whipple and on a spark plug change he found the electrode from cyl #5 gone. Further investigation found the cats were folding in causing boost spikes. After sweating a blown motor a compression test and borescope all was ok and was caught in time...lucky. Just something you may want to check.
