They have one listed on Ebay now. Says it is in stock. Must not be yours.

99% sure they only received their first allocation which was mine but maybe their 2nd allocation came in the same day? doubtful though

Deep Impact Blue, no stripes, with all the stickers still on it and seats wrapped in plastic right?

I just don't want people calling them asking for the car when they do not have one available.

Yep thats my VIN, just saw the Ebay ad haha. Looks like someone forgot to tell the online sales manager. Or hes just trying the ole bait and switch. Which sucks because they treated me very fair.

I called about an hour ago trying to find a dealer in Atlanta selling at MSRP and the guy told me they have 6 coming in and have 1 slot left but for the remaining slot to order it will be $8k over MSRP. I have one allocated right now $4k over at another dealer and it is killing me thinking I am paying this much for a car when I don't have to. I have literally called 8 dealers in the GA area with no luck.

If anyone in the Georgia/Atlanta area knows someone that is selling at MSRP please hit me up!

Hard to find, if not impossible. I ordered mine from Sandy Springs Ford for $8,500 over MSRP on Monday. They told me I had the last of the 6 they were allocated. Did Sandy Springs Ford tell you the same?

Don't take this the wrong way, but the car is not "yours" until final paperwork is signed. A purchase order and deposit isn't a guaranteed legal win for it being your car only. They can sell it to whomever they want, for whatever they want, they own the rights to the vehicle. Only their reputation and your future business is at stake. Only thing they are required to do is return any deposit you put on it.

Unfortunately dealers do this all of the time. Hopefully they hold up their deal with you and don't stoop to bottom of the barrel tactics to make an extra buck.

EDIT: Looks like they took your car down. Don't see it now.

Nah, that one is mine. I just have to pick it up.
Paperwork has already been signed and FedEx'd back but I understand what you're saying

Not trying to be a dick about it. I just dont want someone looking for a '13 to get his hopes up and waste his time calling about the car. I hope everyone finds their 2013s

Not sure why my account shows 0 posts, but yeah I've been here for awhile. I am a long-standing member over at the corral for years now. I got out of Mustangs when I got married and bought a C6 Z06 but sold it because my wife lost her job.

Hoping I can find a GT500 at MSRP but if not, $4k it is..

For those of you paying over MSRP: you're nuts!

Travel! Leave your area.

Search this section- I have an entire thread dedicated to getting the car at MSRP or under.

Hell I'd sell you my car at half of what they are charging you over MSRP and deliver it to you!

No offense man and please dont take this the wrong way, but you are getting screwed and they are laughing all the way to the bank. No way on this earth should you be paying almost 10 grand over sticker for a mass produced mustang. You would be far better off calling different states and finding an allocation at msrp and driving it home or having a delivery setup.

Or you can call ford customer service every couple days and tell them the car you are looking for at msrp and they will search their database.

This is sometimes an automatic feed issue- where they have an agreement with 3rd party sites to automatically send anything they have listed in theirs dealer inventory out.
