E46 M3 is hands down one of the best drivers cars ever made. Ignore the haters, you got the clutch pedal 6 speed you'll be fine. The E46 M3 is very easy to turn wrenches on and there are plenty of reference and parts dealers. Go forth and turn corners!

I did the paint matched black grills and the black side grills too, really like the way they turned out, bet it would look great on yours (the halos are a must too :) ) E46 are just beautiful cars which has been what's kept me from selling mine, very solid car too

Not mine but these are the grills

Don't mind the haters OP! Great pick up! I miss my M3! Such a great car and a TON of fun to drive. I went the SMG rout in mine and LOVED IT!

Get on to M3forums.net if you haven't gotten on there already and read up! Tons of useful information on there. The car does have it's quirks and sadly, not matter how you maintain it, things will break. Just enjoy it and have some $$ set aside for when something goes wrong.

Don't hesitate to PM me if you have any questions. I have a lot of time working on the E46 and I'm more than willing to help point you in the right direction

oh you'll love it when it breaks... i'm surprised you traded your sti for that. huge downgrade in my opinion. I work for BMW and i would never own one. ever.

Did you just say an STI is better than an M3??:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Nice pick up, love the E46 M3s. I have a 335i as a DD and think its a great car. I was contemplating trading that in for a 5.0 but like the contrast to the Mustang and the better mpg. Good luck and enjoy it.

I've actually been considering an M3 as a new summer ride. Have a POS for the winter and am debating between another 03-04 or an M3 like yours. Obviously it won't make as much power as the Cobra, but it seems like everything else about it is better. Opinions?

Best looking M3 imo. Nice find, I would love to pick one of these up but think I would miss the low end torque of the Cobra too much.

Definitely an upgrade! Love the E46 M3. Had a lot of seat time with my buddies modded M3 and those cars handle like its on rails and pulls pretty dam good for a NA 6 cylinder. Car looks sexy as hell ..... only downfall is the maintenance. He does drive the car hard and seems to spend more time on jack stands than on the road.
