Guess I'm gonna have to try out steig light weight rotors !

Rudy

Guess you're going to waste money!!!!!!!!

I saw on Stiegemeier's site a couple of weeks ago that they offer a M-112 to M-122 rotor pack conversion kit for $750. I've looked at their site plenty of times and never seen this before. IDK if I just missed it, but I don't think so.

I wonder if this came about because of this thread.

I for one would love to see this happen, so I think it's important to have a little patience. I'd rather see something well thought out and thoroughly tested come out, rather than something that was just put together and thrown to market. I'm not suggesting that's what a certain company does or doesn't do, but it's easy to claim something without documentation. I have faith that if this does come to market it will have data to show it's worth it. I honestly don't see how it wouldn't since the conversion kits to retrofit the stock GT500 blowers have shown very nice gains.

Anyway, I think it's great Ironhand is trying to do this. It's nice to know people are still trying to bring new things to market for the 03 04's; just like the VMP TVS and JLT redesigning their intakes. Plus this doesn't just benefit 03 04 owners, it's benefiting a much larger market, if it comes to fruition.

I've never seen anyone talk about it or done before. I started work on it a full year ago and have a prototype in hand Januray of this year.

Rudy

I have been trying to get it done as quickly as possible.

I will go on record as saying that this project was the start to something new. Not evolutionary but Revolutionary. If I can sell enough parts to fund the R&D and prototyping then it would change the game of supercharging as we know it today.

So I decided to cut my teeth on a smaller project and this was it.

As soon as its tested and offers good gains for the price point then it will be sold. If it doesnt produce the power or falls short then it will remain a prototype and never see production.

So is there a possible estimated price range? i.e. $800-1200 .. I need to know how much to start saving! haha

Of course there is an estimated price range.

But it wouldn't be in my best interest to publicly release that info.

Im all for heavy hitting whipples but i show fair interest in other products for friends, members and other enthusiasts a like. IRONHAND your doing a great thing making the community even more enjoyable for others. Im really interested to see what kind of gains are made. This could change the game in its self. Rock on man

I am not in a hurry as mine is going into storage end of the month. Come spring time hopefully we will have a new option

I find it exciting in that I don't need TVS power but wouldn't mind more than I have today.

Keep up the good work.

I did talk to my friend today and he hasn't sent the blower to me yet. I have further pushed him to make sure that he does.

His work schedule is the problem right now, so as soon as he gets free time I will make sure he get's in in the mail.

give someone else a shot your friend is taking forever.
time = money

X2 Time to let someone else step in, someone with good mods and current dyno numbers.. That way the true results show! not going from a mild/stock car, to full blower upgrade.. just my .02 but they longer you wait around, the less interest you are going to have! time is money, and people wont hold out forever.. Most people dont have that kind of self control to hold on XX amount of money, for 2 years waiting on answers.. None the less, its a great idea you have going here.. just time to step up and finish!!:coolman:
