The wife and I have a cat and a chihuahua.

The cat acts like a dog and the dog is as skittish as a cat. Weird.

Dogs for sure - I love that I can go outside for 2 minutes and come back in and my two JRT furbabies are wiggling with excitement like I've been gone for days. We also have 3 saltwater tanks - love growing coral and trying to keep fish alive. LOL

Dogs here, working dogs to be specific. Dont like cats nor do any of the dogs pictured below. The beagles will dispense strays that find their way into our yard quicker then you can say meow.

I have 2 dogs and have always had a dog but I think when these 2 are gone I will take a break for a little while and have no pets.

I hate cats

my favorite animal used to be fried chicken but now I have this little weiner dog which has made me its favorite person in the house. She has grown on me so now I am a dog person.

this is the best way to describe the way she greets me everyday

I am a lot of both. Until I was 43 I had only dogs. Started with Dobies when I was four and my last two dogs were PitBulls. Small females that both lived until 19.
After having to put the last one down I just couldn't stand to get another dog.

Within six months I noticed that there were a bunch of feral cats hanging out in my backyard. So I trapped them one by one and had them fixed. Kept the kittens as pets. Still have four of them. And one of the original wild cats is still living in my backyard and she is 19 years old now. I fed them for as long as they lived. Being wild you don't get very attached to them. At least the outside "barn" cats.

Dude I was in Pigeon Forge and there is a lady that breeds exotic cats a mix of true wild cats like Savannahs to a domestic or a Snow Leopard to a Domestic not sure how what or why. She gets 4k per cat and they look cool as crap but the claws OMG they look like they would uck some stuff up. I am not a cat guy but if I were to have that kind of throw away I would get one of them they were cool.

The chihuahua is my fiancee's. The dog is scared of everything and very non-chihuahua.

My fiancee tricked me into volunteering at the local animal shelter a few months ago. We came home with a cat the first day.

I wanted to name the cat Jules (from Pulp Fiction) but figured everyone would just figure his name was "Jewels." I went with Mr. Pink instead.

Definitely a larger dog person. I do like some cats, but for the most part all the cats I've seen are anti social and run away the second they come in contact with someone they don't know....

My awesome, but not so intelligent, retriever

Im sure you can relate, my golden was quite possibly the most intelligent retard dog ive ever met. She was smart as hell but at the same time a complete idiot. Not a day goes by that i dont think about her.

Damn all these cat haters! "Cats are stupid, you're a homo if you like cats, my dogs dispenses cats cause we dislike them, etc.":bored: You people obviously have no idea how it is to have a bond with a cat. They have such great personalities and are super loving. Had them all my life and also a dog (great shepherd mix) as well growing up. Have 3 now and love them to death and am not embarrassed to admit it. Guess being ignorant is like cancer, there's no cure. :nonono:

And one more cat fact.

My dogs never, ever killed a mouse. Damn mice ate the wires out from right under the hood once.

The cats have cleaned out the yard and garages entirely. They even killed a litter of giant rats (baby opossums)

dog, especially larger breeds.

my fiancee has a cat...a long haired cat. gets hair everywhere, i hate it(i mean the hair, the cat's ok...but i wouldn't want another one).

once this one is gone, she thinks she's getting another but she will find out that she is sadly mistaken.
