14 Shelby VS C6Z

Coming home tonight, Pandora pumping, MMOB when I see a yellow C6Z approaching from behind. Nothing in front of me for a good bit, so I slow down to around 45-50 and toss the car into 2nd gear.

Z pulls up beside me and waves at me. He then rev's and I give a nod...

He honks it off and off we go, Shelby spins briefly and then hooks like Roland Martin in a bass tournament. I immediately start pulling by a few bus lengths and slow down as I approached 140, at which point I could see the Z was a pretty good distance behind me.

Got stopped at the next light and he told me he had an intake/tune and was making 470RWHP, I told him I had a TB, Pulley, tune and was making 711RWHP...he looked at me as if I lost my mind...lol.

There was one at Firebird last season, but the guy couldn't drive and was running mid 13's all day.

Lol as do I. A few guys I know told me to come check this place out. Pretty cool so far! I like the fact that most on here are real about stuff and not brand loyal. That is one thing I hate about LS1tech. 80% of people think their LS cars can't be beat...drives me up the wall...lol
