Is there a chart out there that says how many RPM given pulley size? Wonder where I am at now with the 69mm upper...?

About 17,600 @ 7,000rpm, 18,800 @ 7500rpm by my calculations

Crank Pulley Size ÷ Upper Pulley Size x Gear Ratio x RPM = Rotor RPM

*Make all pulley sizes in inches

Slight delay in my build. Thought I could reuse my rocker arms in the spare set of heads I bought, but one of the ones that came from my old engine was busted from one of the damaged cylinders. 10 dollar part... Should have checked it before hand. At least I , did good with buying a new oil pickup tube and oil pan baffle/gasket and pan because it was all busted. Sux I have to wait again. Wanted to be cruising by now. I think my next build will just be a complete crate engine so there are no delays. Aluminator sounds really nice. With the money I spent I could have bought one, although the engine I will have when I'm finally done will be much stronger. For those that have good working stock engines with a TVS. Do yourself a favor and sell that puppy for 4-5 grand and put in an Aluminator . Will save you a ton of money, as well as on down time.

What are the constant numbers? Gear ratio and stock crank pulley sizes mainly

Yes, Coyote stock crank pulley is 6.78", TVS stock gear ratio is 1:1, so let's say you have a 85mm pulley(3.346") at 7000rpm

6.78÷3.346x1(not 1:1)x7000= 14,184
Now let's change the TVS gear ratio to 1.5:1
6.78÷3.346x1.5x7000= 21,276, that will make 20lbs+ boost

Stiegemeier has done the 13+ Shebly blower which are TVS blowers...no matter what the name on the blower(frpp,Roush, vmp) if its a TVS blower its made by Eaton...Stiegemeier has been porting & modding Eaton blowers since the 03 Cobra, & he is a certified Eaton rebuild/repair dealer.

Eaton only assembles the rotating groups. Roush's JV partner (PAS) assembles all the Roush superchargers. Same place that assembles the Aluminator crate engines as well.

So when these builds are all said and done, what sort of power are you guys looking to make with these modded TVS's?

Should be breaking in the new motor tomorrow. Won't be getting into boost for at least a week. Install went pretty well.

The whole blower rebuilt with new gears, ported elbow/tb, built motor, e85, custom 60ish mm pulley... Is 1000rwhp possible with the tvs???

IMO no. 60mm will get too much belt slip. You would have to do a larger crank pulley. 850RWHP is my guess.
