I'm holding out for the real thing, the modified ones seem like an OK option, but I can wait it out.
I just placed a order for a tremec t56 26 spline input shaft from D'agostino Racing. They are in stock the site says. We will see tomorrow if the order goes through.
Aw crap, I should have searched a bit before ordering from them....well I guess time will tell! Thanks for the heads up cj428mach!

Don't wait get your money back, I ordered some parts from them last May never showed up. I called them 20 or 30 times sent 10 15 emails no response.
I ordered the same thing from them before I learned they went out of business. I ended up contacting my bank to dispute the charges. I think they're officially out of business, but for some reason the site is still up.

I did some additional research and apparently the modified GM shafts can be a problem when used with twin disk clutches, so just fyi. I have a RXT waiting to go in so I'm holding out for the real thing.

Do you have a link? I don't have a twin disk now, but do plan on adding one by the end of the year.
I have a genuine Tremec 26 spline input shaft with bearing BRAND NEW that I'm posting in the Market...
PM me if interested. Lethal doesn't even show them in their system anymore.
if weaselp1's post #34 is right, that thing is gonna be worth its weight in gold!
anyone have an update on this yet??
