Also. Nobody is taking your ****ing guns away. Will never happen. Ever. Get real.
Damn right because liberals don't have the balls to risk their lives trying to. Like I said, you liberal cocksuckers might pass bans, but enforcement against Americans with nothing to lose is a whole another story.

They may not be getting the ones I already have but they are trying to limit me on buying any future firearms. What do you say to that? Im not as concerned about my own weapons, they aren't going anywhere, but rather the right for law abiding citizens to acquire their own weapons some day.

Your lack of class is amazing also. You must not have read what the other Justices had to say about Justice Scalia and the common sense and balance he brought to the court and to the judges. He seems to be hated, and his death celebrated only by the fringe left that are upset about their anti-Constitutional agendas being put in their rightful place for so long. The Supreme Court is not your tool to get your twisted logic forced down the rest of this nation's throat.

You wouldn't do poop, just like all the other gun owners that don't use their guns to influence change.

I have yet to see somebody use their guns to make change. Even in the event of gun legislation, the hardcore gun people still protest and sign petitions like everything else.

When it happens, taking guns will be a slow process and you won't be able to do anything about. The norm will be working 16hrs a day, in debt, stressed out, won't be able to afford bullets, so them taking your guns will be insignificant when it happens.

Somebody dying from old age is a lot less sad than somebody dying unexpectedly at a young age in my opinion. From a very early age we learn that people are not imperial. People that die of old age usually have some type of failing health and family members have time to make peace while the individual is still alive.
Yes. Death is still sad, but in my opinion it is much easier to deal with when you know it is coming and have time to make things straight.

In the words of John Wayne in Hondo....... "everybody dies, it was his turn".

I have used a weapon to promote change, I have risked my life, I would do it again and there are many who would join me.

Times will be different when it happens and that is why you won't do anything successful about it.
Fight it in court, right? Isn't that the typical sentiment?

Look at the Constitution wrecking losers that Obama has put on the Supreme Court so far. It takes only one more of these unicorn worshiping leftist and our Republic is gone for good. For guidance look at Argentina, Cuba and Venezuela, is the disaster that these once prosperous Country's are in what you want to leave to your Children and Grandchildren.

People burn down cities for dead criminals. Hopefully there are enough people that would fight if the government killed law abiding citizens.

I hope I am wrong.
I am just judging by the General public's lack of control over our government in the last 30 years. It has consistently gotten worse and the people have yet had enough to do something.
Like I said, we will all be in debt to our eyeballs and won't be able to afford bullets when it happens.

I'm a little saddened by the immediate discussion of a shift in the balance of the court, and whatever impact that may have on the evolution of the law. Yes, the Court lost a conservative member at a time when many important issues are before, or heading to the Court. However, more than that, we lost one of the most gifted, brilliant jurists the country has seen. Justice Scalia left his mark not only on the law, but on the people learning and interpreting it. His opinions will continue to shape the legal landscape for years to come, and I will miss his dissents.

That said, all of the bickering and posturing is nothing more than pure applesauce.

I'm already supplied and ready. More people are waking up to the bs that is going on for the very reasons you stated. People are going more in debt everyday for daily needs. This economy and government regulation is starting to have an noticeable affect on everyone's life. Everyone fears the IRS. People are being force to accept behavior they feel is immoral. People with nothing to lose are being pushed around by the government and backed into a corner. You can be a vagina, but I'd rather die than live in a socialist/ communist country.

The Republic has been gone for a while man. We have been a nation run by oligarchs for a while now. Republican vs. Democrat is just a shell game to keep the masses entertained and to give the illusion of choice.

No, but they are regulating them out of ownership/purchasing possibility at an alarming rate. They may not attempt a full on confiscation door to door, but they can regulate them out of existence through other means, which they are doing at an alarming pace. Every time they chip away at a type of firearm, a style, attachment, mode, etc, they are infringing upon 2A rights. Every time you hear a lib say "Well nobody needs an assault rifle" this is an infringement upon the 2A and a lack of understanding on why the 2A exists in the first place. The 2A exists to ensure american citizens are always equally armed to the government in which is supposed to protect them. If someone wants to spend $10k on a Barrett 50cal they should have every ****ing right to do so.
