They are talking about it on the news. The Senate can refuse to appoint a new Justice until there is a new President. If they go on recess the President could appoint his own while they are on recess but the Supreme Court has already shown disapproval for his actions in doing that. We could totally get screwed here but there is a chance of dodging a bullet.
