Now hope the judge throws the book at them. Not this just a year and then 6 months probation but 15 to the full 30 year sentence.

hopefully they can get enhanced sentences and charged as adults since theyre now labeling it a hate crime. ordinarily it would just be assault and battery and they'd do a little time in juvie. ah, cant forget kidnapping as well but still. only a few years when charged as a minor. if theyre able to charge them (the minors) as adults, they can throw the book at them.

I don't know that I would call it a "win" per se... but I have a pretty good idea that there will be a breaking point when the criminals will be thinned from the herd.
