Yes. $200 less than the other one on eBay. Plus it's best offer. That one will sell. Other one probably won't even though it's brand "new".
Would look great in the garage though!! HahaYou have to be a serious die cast collector to pay these asking prices. I can't justify it since it will just collect dust

Hobby Lobby had a nice case I put my Aluminator one in. It was made for a basketball or soccer ball. Fits nicely and was cheap.
Thank youHeres the case I got.

They have better ones though.
Thank you
Usually less for some reason. $300 to 450ish.....Not sure why they are less. Perhaps because it was not the OEM engine? Still a fantastic piece though.Do the aluminators go for the same price or less?

Not sure if you could get those off. The obvious Problem would be if you break them or break other pieces while attempting too...Can you disassemble these engines? I like that the aluminator has the polished supercharger. It looks just like the polished Eaton on my car. There is an aluminator on ebay now for ~$339 that is missing some paint on the cam covers. I would be interested in taking off the cam covers and having them chromed/polished to match mine if they could be removed.

Good to know, thanks. The cam covers are only plastic, so I'm not sure you could chrome them. I only know this because I bought the Aluminator version several years ago through a group buy on here and it came damaged with one of the covers loose floating in the box. They are just glued on. I ended up sending it back for a replacement. It was a cool model, but ended up selling it after awhile to fund mods for the real version. In hindsight I kind of wish I had kept it, but it was a ton of cash to tie up for a mostly plastic model, so I couldn't justify it at the time.
