3 two minute rounds of shadowboxing, 3 two minute rounds of heavy bag work, 1 set each of pushups, pullups and dips, two sets each of lateral raises, shoulder presses, curls, and dumbbell boxing. Rib cage felt good. Will increase the intensity gradually. Still taking Aleve and am going to Florida on Tuesday to be with my parents.
Was in Florida from Tuesday until last night but Wed-Sat I did an hour each day of walking/sprinting and pushups. Still managed to gain 4 pounds due to Mom's cooking and Dad's obsession with restaurants.
