Spent the weekend installing the Boss 302 intake manifold. Come to find out, my Steeda intake tube will not fit. Ordered the Boss 302 specific tube from Summit Racing. And now waiting for the VMP tune.

I've wanted one of these probably since I was in middle school and figured I had been priced out of the market 3 years ago when values really started to shoot up (which is why I bought the S550). I feel really lucky to own one now.

car looks great, I think these pictures just confirm that I am going to put some chrome wheels on my DSG mach. Ive gone dark on everything else similar to you. I say chrome as I dont want the upkeep of polished unless I can seal with em something thatll last a few years at a time
my sat & sun afternoon this weekend.
I polished my classics once when I got them used about 2.5 yrs ago. I cover them with 55gal bags when I wash it and don’t let the car see rain. All I do is wipe them down with a terry cloth to get dust and brake dust off. They almost glow in the dark still-
I know for a fact I hadn’t washed the car in months so there was a layer of dust from sitting in my garage in both of these.
I honestly put less effort into these than I did to my old saleens which got washed with the car every time.
