I cant wait for our daughters first ride, curious how a fearless 2 year old will react to all the loud noises. Even with sound deadening the interior its far from quiet.
I keep trying to get my 6 month old girl in the cobra but the wife isn't going for it.

I cut the hpipe out and replaced with my old x and resonators. The car sounds good now with the new headers.

Notice any seat of the pants change in power?

I can't say for sure, it spins the R888s pretty easy so once you re spinning its all a guess. I doubt it though.

I just recently went from a 2.9" to a 2.8" pulley. I really couldn't feel a difference there either.

My kids always loved riding in any of my Mustangs. My son somehow remembers riding in my 70 fastback when he was like 2. The day I bought my 01 I told them we were going home in the yellow car. They both ran to my GT and grabbed their car seats and put them in the Cobra.

I managed to keep mine as a daily - and technically for right now I still could daily it. I don't think I can get all the kids in at once though since I have 4 now, but for now I'm just taking 3 to school/daycare in the morning and pick up 2 on the way home from work; so it still could work. My girls still ask for a ride to school in the Cobra when it is offered as an option.

Just today I found a video of my oldest's first top down ride in the convertible (9 years ago today) - that was a fun memory! :)

Changing the color of "COBRA" on my new DP h/e to dark red (shown on the right side of the aluminum strip), and the aluminum will be painted black.

In the process of doing a coolant flush on my coupe. I try to do it every 2-3 years.

I don't have one of those fancy machines so I do it over the course of several days, draining and refilling.

At least you're out there doing it. I think coolant and brake fluid tend to get neglected. Just look at all those engine bay pics and look at the MC. Most of them look pretty dark to me.

Change your brake fluid people LMAO!!!!
