Anyone else frustrated with Ford over the next GT500?

I found a less edited picture of the car on M/T's July cover. From the looks of it, that really is a GT500. If you look carefully at this pic, you can see the body shadows being cast by the studio lights. I don't think anybody would take the time to photoshop that in. You can also see the front fender vents.
Those look like headlights then below that would be a splitter kind thing. Unless I’m looking at the wrong thing.
He is talking about the dark spots above the splitter....cant tell if thats lights or vents.
It seems to be very narrow in the rear, no bulges for big tires.

I totally agree but all intel says 500R not KR which tells me 2 things:
1) Ford missed a great opportunity and cool name that still would resonate with enthusiast as well as those who are new to American muscle
2) a big dog KR may still be coming
